avroair
Hey there, I am not sure if this is posted in the right spot. But here goes... I am curious if it could be possible to incorporate two pages for 'my caches' the first being active, the second being archived Currently they are all on the same page. I understand that they eventually filter down to the bottom after find logs are added, but when I post an event. It will go unfound for a couple of months until the actual day of. how do other people feel? Link to comment
+MarcB
I'm not entirely sure what you mean, but to stop confusion the best thing is always to create two caches pages rather than change an event to a traditional cache (or vice-versa)... if that's what you're trying to do. avroair
No, sorry, let me clarify: On your geocaching homepage there is a button and a link: Geocaches (Mine) When I click on it it displays ALL of my caches, both archived and active. I would like to have two separate links where my active caches are on one page and my archived ones are on another page. I was using the event reference to show that my active event is at the bottom with my achived caches since it cannot be found until the day of the event. Hope this clears it up better. +RJFerret
And I'd prefer the list was in order of date placed (rather than found), so it didn't keep morphing, requiring the user to scan the whole list to find an individual cache of theirs. This would also keep your events closer to where they should be logically without creating an additional page! Enjoy, Randy Link to comment
