Go to the cache page and click 'Log your visit' at the top right side. Select 'Found it' from the pull down menu, make sure the correct date is showing for your find, then post a log in the comments box. When you're done, thi 'Submit log entry' at the bottom of the page. And yeah - as pam said - looks like you've logged one in the past....just do the same thing.
