+Cachepal Posted June 28, 2004 Share Posted June 28, 2004 Note my total cache count listed below: All Geocaches By User Name (Found) - User: Cachepal Total Record - 720 Can anyone tell me why this is one number lower than my updated total shown on any individual cache-page on which I've logged a find? On any of those pages, when updated, my entry shows: Cachepal (721 found) It's a real head-scratcher for me. The numbers used to match, and now they're off by one. Where did I go wrong -- or did I?! The problem here is that folks wanted a nearby cache search that didn't show the locationless caches that were "placed" nearby (since they aren't actually placed). So removing it also meant that for other searches they would be removed. I'm looking into a way to show locationless caches on the user found list, however. Link to comment
