I was in Louisville over the weekend, and went to a cache site. I was unable to locate it, and no doubt due to my own mistakes. But one thing to remember when placing a cache, and giving a clue, if you place the cache prior to the undergrowth coming up, the clue may not be very helpful. Just something to consider.

Very good point, John. I've visited many caches here in the PNW which are now amidst thick undergrowth. So far, none have evaded discovery, however searching for them has been a chore and you typically don't see them until you are right on top of them. Still lots of fun!
