Team GeoHoy
Just got my copy of Mapsource Topo from Amazon.com today. Only cost me $87.49 with the shipping. I am blown away by the detail. I can't wait to try it out up home in PA this weekend. Anyone else have it? What are your thoughts on it? Quote Link to comment
+Timpat
Just got my copy of Mapsource Topo...Anyone else have it? What are your thoughts on it? Yes, I've been using MapSource USATopo for over a year, first with my Legend, now with my 60C. I love it. The extra detail and contours are very helpful. With my 60C I can load tons of mapping. I use it for hiking, geocaching, and for my field engineering, GIS mapping, and GPS surveying. Before traveling to a new part of the country I load mapping for the areas. With the 60C and its USB cable MBs of mapping are quickly uploaded. A terrific product (although the maps are dated) well worth the investment. Quote Link to comment
+dkcjkasharp
I have the Mapsource TOPO and METRO, as far as the maping on my legend the maps and info is neet. But as far as my PC it has a lot to bgge desired. I also have Delorme Topo and Street Atlas that is far supierier. I can upload info from my legend to the Delorme, but I cant download the maps to my GPS. Quote Link to comment
