+2LuknF8 Posted March 13, 2004 Share Posted March 13, 2004 Okay, I read the manual(s) but I still cannot seem to get the Mapsource SW to see my Garmin connected via USB!! ALl it wants to do is connect via serial. I can rename the USB port and it can read the unit Id. Any suggestions? BTW- this unit is sooo swwweeettt Link to comment
+NimravusHSSR Posted March 13, 2004 Share Posted March 13, 2004 Have you installed the USB drivers? I did the same thing, jumped right into it and I forgot the USB drivers. When you install the Trip and Waypoint manager it automatically installs the USB drivers for you. Then you can use software like easymps to upload hundreds of caches to your new 60cs!!
