+Doc-Dean
I am trying to use Plucker to setup a PDA version of the great locationless page set up by BeachBuddies here. I have configured Plucker to download that webpage and set my depth to 2 links. It took 2-3 hours for Plucker to download all the information and in the end it did not save it anywhere (I could find). The configuration is identical to the one I use for gpx files converted to html via GPXSpinner and I triple checked all the settings. The output file is supposed to go to my memory stick on my sony pda. This is the first time I have tried to use Plucker for anything but GPX converted files. What am I missing?? Has anyone else been able to download straight html files directly off the internet? Free your mind and the rest will follow Quote Link to comment

+Team GPSaxophone
Plucker does take awhile to download web pages. Check your settings to make sure it isn't trying to go too deep, that will slow it down considerably. You might want to turn off images to speed it up. I've set mine to a depth of 2 with no images and I'm on dial-up. I'll see how long it takes. Took sun from sky, left world in eternal darkness Quote Link to comment

+Team GPSaxophone
Ok, it took about 40 minutes with a 28.8k dial-up connection. The .pdb file is about 1.3MB. I can email it to you if you're still having trouble with plucker. Took sun from sky, left world in eternal darkness Quote Link to comment
