Tried on numerous occasions to contact, e-mail and phone for cutomer service that led nowhere. Had no choice but to cancel transaction with the credit card. Then out of the blue 1 month later the e-mailed me that the order was ready. Informed them that I had ordered from the gps store.com and got excellent customer service. Not only the auto-bot, but personal conformation during buisness hours and a tracking message from ups. Wow Quote Link to comment
