NAD83 Meters Coordinates

OK, I have some software giving me coordinates in the form 212nnn.nn / 865nnn.nn (Eastern MA). The label says they are NAD83 Meters Coordinates. I want to convert these values to 42 nn.nnn / 71 nn.nnn so they will make sense to y'all (and me). Anyone have any conversion ideas?
