+VentureForth
I'm sitting here eating my salad, and I'm wondering, what the naturally lowest fat salad dressing is . Tried Fat Free Ranch and BLECH! Go! And don't be afraid to get a little wet! Quote Link to comment
+GatoRx
Good question... I can't think of any off the top of my head that are normally low fat... I wonder if it says something about our society when we're inclined to take something healthy (lettuce and assorted veggies) and make it not so healthy (dressing, bacon bits, etc.) I've found that the Kraft Free Catalina isn't too bad, and the low fat vinegairettes (sp?) are usually pretty good. +KD7MXI
IT MEANS NOTHING IF YOU GO GEOCACHING ENUFF!!! +Macro
Have you tried just plain freshly squeezed lemon juice. It's natural and has no fat. Pretty good on most salads. Quote Link to comment
+VentureForth
No, I haven't. May try that later. Kinda limited what the company cafeteria here has: Ranch, FF Ranch, Thousand Island, Italian, French, etc. May go buy my own Catalina and keep it up her in my fridge... Go! And don't be afraid to get a little wet! Quote Link to comment
+Salvelinus
The only fat-free food I can possibly stand to eat happens to be a salad dressing. The sun-dried tomato vinegrette made by Kens Steak House is the best I've ever had. Ken's makes other "flavors" but this one is so good, I haven't even tried the others. I hope you can find it. Jake.Hazelip
I make my own. I make it out of extra virgin olive oil, rasberry vinegar, lem and herb seasoning, and a splash of key lime juice. It's all I need. Quote Link to comment
+Smokehouse
Have you tried just rinsing the lettuce off under the faucet? The KGB Quote Link to comment

Cape Cod Cacher
Diet salad dressing ? That's as bad as Diet-Caffeene-free Coke... I work with a guy that eats pizza or subs daily, and washes them down with diet caffeene free Coke. No way I can take him seriously. It's called WATER !!! Heck, I ride my bike or walk the mile for beer and smokes ! OK, so I pay for my sins. Quote Link to comment
