+Turkey Trotter
I have Autoroute 2002 installed on my laptop which allows you to export maps in the Microsoft Pocket Street format, does anyone know of a software package which will convert this format to maybe MapSend or MapSource format? If so where do I get it from and how would I get the data onto a GPS unit? I'm not here really, or am I, If I am I dont't want to be. Quote Link to comment
robertlipe
http://gpsbabel.sourceforge.net will read and write all three of those formats. Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike
GPSBabel will convert GPS data for all three formats, but not map data. Turkey Trotter, I get the idea that you are trying to find a way to convert the maps you see in Autoroute to maps that you can upload into your GPS receiver. Unfortunately, MapSend and MapSource are the only applications and sources of data that permit map upload to Magellan and Garmin receivers, respectively. Quote Link to comment
