how many caches get hidden on an average day?

I noticed that the cache I placed had number 4001 attached to it, and I also noticed that less than 24 hours after it was placed, it's already off the "15 most recent" list.

 

So for the powers that be, about how many caches get hidden per day? or per week if that'd make things easier...

Jeremy will probably respond to this, but anyway....

 

I help Jeremy with cache approvals (as do several others) and on a weekend day I might get 15 to 30 cache approval notices to look at.

 

During the Monday-Wednesday after a weekend there might be another 15 total.

 

I'll let you figure out how many a day this would be, but that should give you an idea.

Last week (through Sunday) - 328 caches in all.

 

119 of these caches were found already.
