Moment of Silence

Oh, say can you see, by the dawn's early light, What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming? Whose broad stripes and

bright stars, through the perilous fight, O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming? And the rockets' red glare, the

bombs bursting in air, Gave proof through the night that our flag was still there. O say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave O'er

the land of the free and the home of the brave?

Though it applies more to pilots, for all who were in the airplanes:

We toast our hearty comrades who have fallen from the sky

To be gently caught by God's own hand to be with him on high.

To dwell among the soaring clouds they've known so well before,

From victory roll to tail chase, at heaven's very door.

As we fly among them, we're sure to hear their plea,

To take care my friend, watch your six, and do one more roll for me.

All Schools in Peel District School board stopped for a moment of silence today. We Canadians send our prayers to all.

Took the moment of silence way too seriously... my server has all it's eggs in the verizon building a few blocks from the wtc... finally got netzero tonight, I was going nuts with the disconnection. But honestly it wasn't so bad... I haven't been able to get away from the tv till tonight anyways. My prayers and thoughts are with all those that lost so much in this tragedy.
