mine-seeker Posted August 12, 2002 Share Posted August 12, 2002 I am having trouble when I download the Info on a cache it is giving me miles like 3325 when I know the area is only 20 miles away anybody have an answer for me and also everytime I download easygps I lose it when I shut down I have to download over and over any help is greatly needed thanks everybody. I always SAVE the files when I download them, and then I can merge all these files with a program called GeoBuddy (www.geobuddy.com). GeoBuddy will save the merged file in many formats, the one I use is Garmin MapSource. This works really well for downloading hundreds of caches at one time into your GPS. I assume Magellan users can use GeoBuddy with their mapping software also. Quote Link to comment
