Guest jrohde
I'm looking for cheap or free software for the eTrex (yellow (2.10). Doesn't have to be anything "special", just want to upload and download waypoints (and text). Everything I've seen was either too expensive or more than I want. I just want to "save" my waypoints to my computer. I also type faster, than I can scroll through the "mark" of the eTrex. Something that is Excel compatable would be great! If anyone knows of such software please let me know. Feel free to email me direct: jonr@charter.net . Thanks Jon Quote Link to comment
Guest topografix
Did you try the free EasyGPS software on the geocaching site? You can learn more at http://www.easygps.com/ If you really want Excel compatibility, try PanTerra at http://www.topografix.com/ Both programs will open geocache data which you can download from the cache and list pages on Geocaching.com ------------------ Dan Foster TopoGrafix: GPS Software, Waypoints, and Maps http://www.topografix.com Quote Link to comment
