TripleMCachers Posted June 7, 2002 Share Posted June 7, 2002 Can anyone give me some information on EasyGPS. What I'm trying to figure out is A.)Is this something I want to use with the Magellan 330? B.)What advantages does it have? Basically, we are really new to the world of GPS (But not to computers). I have manually put in the waypoints of the caches we will be searching for tomorrow. +park2 Posted June 8, 2002 Share Posted June 8, 2002 Hi M a) Probably (but I'm a Garminite), the pref section of EasyGPS shows it works with the M330 Advantages: way faster. You can download a whole whack 'o caches from the GC website into EasyGPS, save them to disk and upload them into you GPSr without any typos. You can also assign different icons based on done, yet to do, can't be done, whatever to help keep track of them. Good luck, Park2 Quote Link to comment
