Guest joshgray
anyone used an Ipaq pda (that expensive pocket pc gizmo) and gps together? I'm sure i wouldnt want to go hiking with that extremely breakable thing, but i wouldn't mind being able to see moving maps and such.. I do have a cf sleeve and a pc card sleeve if they make modules for those..? ------------------ JoshGray eTrex Basic http://joshgray.myip.org Quote Link to comment
Guest AZMark
I've taken mine hiking! No great Geocaching software for it tho. Most of the software is ment for Steet maps, etc. I use my Magellan 315 serial cables and the Teletype software. There are also both PCMCIA and CF solutions to get a GPS on your unit. Sites you may want to check out. www.teletype.com www.pocketpcpassion.com www.davescompaqipaq.com May also want to check out the Delorme and the CoPiolot software as well as OziExplorer. If anyone know of some good,,,small, inexpensive WindowsCE GPS software that works well for geocaching, LET ME KNOW!! AZM Quote Link to comment
