Hey!

I have bought several screen protectors for my Palm PDA from http://home.att.net/~mcmattyfresh/

and have been impressed with his quality, so I asked him whether he would be able to make a screen protectors for the Meridian :

So he responded by saying :

quote:
Thank you for your interest in my product. I could make a protector

for the

Meridian, but I do not do curves. The increased production time caused

by

trying to cut curves is not cost effective. If you can measure out a

square/rectangular area to be protected (be as accurate as possible)

and

send me the dimensions, I will quote you a price (it looks like it will

be

$11 based on your picture and the probable scale. Thanks again and

have a

great holiday season.

and later by saying

quote:

I just looked at your email again and noticed that you already included

dimensions. Sorry for the redundancy. The cost will be $11 per set

(shipping included. Thanks again,

--Matt

So I guess that is cool! I have been searching the net over for GPS screen protectors! And they are so cheap! I think that if he sees that there's enough demand for them he would make them standard, so please drop him a mail, his address is mgprice@ufl.edu

Hope this helps everyone!

PS : I did not intend for this to be an advertisement, I only try to help my fellow GPS'ers. I am by no means affiliated with him icon_smile.gif

This may be a stupid question, but couldn't you take one of the 12 that you already have purchased. Cut it down to the size needed? I know that my Palm m500 screen is 2 1/4" by 3" and I think that is standard. So why couldn't you cut the demensions that you need out of what you already have???
