+embra
You should take a look at EasyGPS. Max Often wrong but seldom in doubt Quote Link to comment

+infosponge
I'll pass on QuakeMap...I'd rather not bloat up my PC with the .NET framework. :-p http://www.tampabaygeocaching.com Quote Link to comment
+quakemap
The .NET Windows component is not that big (23Mb download, 76Mb when installed) and doesn't add to processor utilization. On a modern computer with typical 30-60GB disk it is not something to consider. The .NET Framework comes from Microsoft windows update site - here is more info: http://www.earthquakemap.com/getnet http://www.quakemap.com - redefining Easy... Quote Link to comment
+infosponge
There's more to bloat than just sheer disk size (and 76Mb is nothing to sneeze at). Who knows what other creative Microsoft security problems installing something like that will introduce? quote:Originally posted by quakemap.com:The .NET Windows component is not that big (23Mb download, 76Mb when installed) and doesn't add to processor utilization. http://www.tampabaygeocaching.com Quote Link to comment

And not something anyone with dial-up would attempt unless it was to start before going to bed. Quote Link to comment
