Guest topografix Posted June 2, 2001 Share Posted June 2, 2001 I do it all the time with my 315. For long trips, I usually use the 315 as the driving GPS, and don't bother putting batteries in it. Once I get to the trailhead, I turn on the eTrex and use it for the hike. Quote Link to comment
