After reading this post (Sensitivity) I thought maybe I wanted to get a Sport-Track PRO. But then I looked at the Sport-Track PRO users manual on-line (Manual) and this (Comparison) and I realised that I REALLY LIKE the display on my E-Trex Venture. The photos of the Sport-Track PRO display don't seem to be up to the level of the Venture. The word "Clunky" comes to mind. Being in the desert, I don't seem to have a problem losing lock as some do. Has anyone used both Sport-Track PRO and Venture, and what is your opinion please? Is there a good reason other than sensitivity to give up the nicer display, smaller size, lighter weight, better battery life, and one-hand operation while on the move??? Thanks. Mike. KD9KC.
