geoclipping

When I run Geoclipping I get a run time error 76.

Path not found. What do I need to do to fix this. Thanks

I don't know the answer, but I'm having the same problem when I run geoclipping on my laptop. I'm running on my desktop no problem...both XP pro.

It runs fine on my laptop but not on my desk top. I am about to pull my hair out trying to get it to work. I am running windows 98 on both.

You probably know this already but "path not found" means that the application is expecting to find the needed file in a certain place but it can't. This could be due to the way it was installed. Did you use all of the default settings when you installed it? Is it installed on the C: drive or some other drive? Did you copy it to D: for example and run the install program from there or perhaps just copy the files and try to run it without actually installing it by running "setup" or "install"?

Thanks, Dogdoins. You got me off my butt enough to at least check out the readme file. It clearly specified to be sure there is a c:temp directory, which my laptop did not have. Funny how adding that fixed things!
