How do you switch from stateplains nad 83 to ongitude / latitude. I have 1,579,345.09 & 1,180,251.73

It runs fine on my laptop but not on my desk top. I am about to pull my hair out trying to get it to work. I am running windows 98 on both.

PARK2, Yes that is how it works. I got an e-mail back from Garmin Tech Support and that's what they said. I also brought up about wanting to see your current location and your destination on the same view. They said you could not do that but he would let his supervisor know and maybe it will be on an update some day. Let Garmin know that it is something that would be nice to have.

I was thinking that it might be for the destination but it would change with the the Lon/Lat. Thanks for the input. I e-mailed Garmin to see what they would say this weekend but I have not heard back yet. Thanks

Which one can you get closer to a mark with. hddd.ddddd hddd mm.mmm' hddd mm'ss.s" What does each one stand for. I am confused! Thanks

If you have 106 19.637' and you move to 106 19.638' how many feet are you away from the first reading. Is there a web site that explains this.
