Access extremely slow on the app and website

Since about 23:00 GMT yesterday (22nd February 2025) the access is extremely slow on app (iOS) and website (Chrome & Edge - Windows 11).

 

Struggles to open home screen, maps etc which take several minutes.

 

Any suggestions/updates?
