+ROCKY Posted June 2, 2002 Share Posted June 2, 2002 I hope this is just a glitch, but ever since I downloaded Mapsource 4.08 the phone numbers do not come up for the Points of Interest like they use to. In this age where everyone is traveling with a cell phone what makes more sense than to call ahead for hours, reservations etc., Why on earth would Garmin do this? I am lucky to have programmed my data cards before 4.08, but this will sure take away some of the usefulness of my GPS on an out of town trip not loaded with the old version. +ROCKY Posted June 3, 2002 Author Share Posted June 3, 2002 Thanks guys for the reply. After reading your posts I called Garmin and they confirmed it is not anything they did. Their suggestion is to reload my software. I think I will wait for the new City Select and City Navigator to arrive before I try it. Quote Link to comment
