AVOID foodstuffs, drinks seem to be OK though... dont overfill the cache though as you will find people tend to leave more than they take. Lots of little trinkets are good... any with local reference would probably be well received. Quote Link to comment

Also I get my pencils and pencil sharpeners from Wilkinsons (Wilko's) they are only 9pence each,you can also get A5 size ziplok bags from there. These are handy to put yer log book in.
