Error 500 when adding an event to Outlook calendar

When I try to add an event to my calendar, I click on the calendar icon next to the geocache, select “Add,” choose the Outlook icon, and receive an Error 500 (see attached screenshot).

 

Correct behavior: After clicking the Outlook calendar option, I should be prompted to save a .VCS file and choose its location.

Current behavior: I receive an Error 500 instead of the save prompt.

 

This issue occurs only with certain events; others work as expected.
