Guest NSG Posted September 22, 2001 Share Posted September 22, 2001 I'm posting this here rather than the software forum because so much mapping software seems to be US specific, so I wanted a Uk slant. What I'm looking for is software that will download waypoints routes and tracks from my etrex if possible and display this information overlaid on a map of the area. Also I woul like to be able graphically map routes on screen and then transfer these to my etrex. I would be using this on my desktop, so "live" positioning on screen etc. would not be necessary. Anyone use anything like this? I have tried flexGPS but this doesn't seem to work very well. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment

Oziexplorer seems better but I can't calibrate my maps properly yet However GPSU is cheaper and I got it working first time, although it is quite slow to update. Anyhow, thanks again for the info.
