Removing old email address

Edit: Have since sorted it. On return to account an email 'remove' function was visible.

 

The old email address in my account no longer exists.

I have added my new address and this has been validated and now listed as 'primary'.

But the old email address is still listed as 'validated' in my account and I cannot find a way to delete it.

Is there a way to do this?
