Problems to give an evaluation after completing a lab cache

Hello everyone,
First of all, sorry for the bad English.

I completely solved the Labcache Der Südpark https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/d8cb5af2-ddaf-4870-9746-70b833b39d2b on July 4th, 2021. (See image on the web) Before I could rate it, the app crashed and so the lab can now still be seen in the app as if I hadn't done it. (See picture app)

Last Wednesday I was in Berlin and played a lab between trains https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/1aca563e-99fb-4b4a-a7e7-c75d9ee9a4ad

For the last question, after the postcard that now appears, I switched to the camera to take a photo of the answer (I always save it in GSAK). When I wanted to go back to the Lab app from there, I had to restart the adventure and couldn't Leave more reviews.

 

I use the Adventure Lab app version 1.22.0 for Android. I have a Poco F3 with Android 13
