Road trip from Oxford Mississippi to Washington DC.

My brother and I are taking a road trip to DC to get my Visa at the Chinese embassy in Washington DC and I  love to pick up a few good caches along the way. I only want to take time to stop at must find caches though, so would love some ideas of which ones we should go for. We are taking 40 at Memphis all the way to 81 on the other side of Knoxville and then over to 66 in Strasberg WV which we will ride into DC. 
 

any suggestions?
