Umlauts and special chars shown as HTML entities in preview message sent via website

Hi, 

when you send off an email to a cache owner via the website (using the form), the message you send off is displayed again after sending. Here, Umlauts and special chars such as left or right arrows are not displayed correctly (instead HTML entities are shown). 

 

My system: Linux Mint, Browser: Chrome 97.0.4692.71
