Basic member cannot log Found it on a specific premium geocache

Hello,

my friend (user name: dxpalo) is unable to log a Found it on a specific premium geocache, namely GC6327M.

In the Log type combobox, there is only Write note and Didn't find it.

 

 

I, as a premium member, can log Found it.

A different premium geocache, such as GC9C9C8 doesn't exhibit this problem - when I send him the direct link to compose a new log, the Log type combobox contains a Found it item.

We are at a loss where the problem is, looks like a bug to us...

I didn't find people mentioning this in the forums, if there is an existing discussion about this problem, please point me to it

It's because your friend had already found it back in 2016:

 

 

You can't log a find on a cache more than once.

Usually that happens in an already Found cache.

Great catch

The cache was moved and formula to solve the coordinates changed, so he solved it again, not remembering that he already found it.
