Puzzle Cache tutorials

Your’s is a very fair question, but I am not sure I can give a good answer. Each puzzle is so very different in its theme that one doesn’t tend to help you solve another.

There are a few exceptions. In the south bay, cryptography has been a bit of a theme, thanks to “The Rat” and I can suggest an ordering of his (and a few other caches) that is useful. I’d suggest that you do these in the order listed...

Cipher Sites

Cipher Creek

Clip Joint

K3 Gang

fizzymagic has also done another theme, with math and trig. I'd suggest this order:

IQ Test

IQ Test #2

Magic Trig

After that, try The Golden Number by hotfoot which is also math-based.

Any of kablooey’s or lamneth’s puzzles are both excellent and stand-alone. PhilippeGPS is also starting his own series of puzzles.

And finally, you may also want to try our puzzles (Krab Louie, Magic Squares, Lumber Room of Your Library).
