Desmo Pete Posted July 29, 2021 Share Posted July 29, 2021 The email address associated with my account is no longer in use and I do not have access to it, so I thought I would update it today. I clicked on 'Add Email' and a box appeared. I typed in my new email address however, when I typed in my password, for security, it said the password was incorrect, despite me only just signing in using it. Anyone else had this? Moun10Bike Posted July 29, 2021 Share Posted July 29, 2021 This is a known bug with the site that has yet to be addressed. The error message is incorrect. What it should be saying is that the email address you are trying to use is already in use by another account. You should write into our customer support team and they will be able to get you all sorted out. The portal for contacting them is at https://www.geocaching.com/help - just fill out the "Contact us" portion at the bottom. 1 Quote Link to comment
