NerdGorgon Posted August 11, 2020 Share Posted August 11, 2020 Some time ago I wanted to change my email address and found a helpful article on how to do it. So far, so good. On https://www.geocaching.com/account/settings/emailpreferences I added the address I intend to use from now on, set it as primary and then deleted the old address. Despite these changes, stuff like the monthly Geocaching Newsletter and recently the feedback survey for Memory Lane is still sent to the old email address I thought I had deleted from my account. Watchlist logs are sent to the new email, but so far they seem to be the only thing I receive there. Am I missing something or is that a bug? How can I make sure all Geocaching mail is sent to my current email? Quote Link to comment
Moun10Bike Posted August 11, 2020 Share Posted August 11, 2020 Your best bet for solving this sort of issue is to write into the Community Engagement team via the Help Center (use the "Contact Us" form at the bottom of that page).
