Found benchmark, not in database (probably)

My brother and I were out hiking in the woods SW of Steamboat Lake, Routt County, CO, and we found a US General Land Office Survey with the year 1917 stamped into it. There was also a sign on a tree nearby designating it a “Bearing Tree” with some symbols on it. Can anybody help find the page in the online database (if there is one)? I can’t seem to find it. We marked the location on Maps and the coordinates took some finagling to get out of it so they’re definitely approximate: N40  46.530 W106 59.028 (Pictures attached)
