+niraD
11 minutes ago, GeocachingGoku said: where do you get logs I have a package of weatherproof paper for my laser printer. I've printed log sheets with cache note text (an edited version of the text provided by Groundspeak) in various sizes (narrow strips that fit Bison tubes, larger strips for match cases, still larger folded logs, etc.). For larger containers, I've cut custom sized log books. I start with a composition book, mark out the size log I want, and then cut that size on my bandsaw. Be sure to use the kind of composition book with stitched binding, not a spiral-bound notebook. The spiral-bound pages tend to tear out over time, and then your log book is falling apart. 1 Quote Link to comment

Step 0: a wide-mouth bottle & a slice of a branch Step 1: tape, washers, screws, & slice of a branch Step 2: taping the slice of a branch to the bottle Step 3: gluing bark to the bottle Step 4: logbook, labeled lid, excess bark trimmed Step 5: cache hidden with lid out of view 2 Quote Link to comment
