+Vinceo
Hello all, I am currently having an issue with one of my caches. I have not received any owner notification emails for approximately a month. The issue only concerns one listing, my virtual cache GC7B8YJ. This issue is very annoying as I can't easily check new logs on this cache. A few information about this matter : - I have not changed my email adress - I receive logs on other caches (found it, attendeds, announcements,...) - for this cache I don't receive my own "owner maintenance" or "write note" logs - As I'm the owner I can't add the listing to my watchlist - I'm using a gmail adress Does anybody have the same issue ? Any idea of what could cause this ? Thanks a lot for your help Vincent Quote Link to comment

On the gmail website, the spam folder is normally hidden, you have to go right to the bottom of the folders column and click on More: Then you'll see a folder called Spam: I notice the name of your cache has a heart symbol in the title and all the notification emails include the title in the subject line, so perhaps this is where the problem is occurring. Gmail does allow email sources to be white-listed but again this isn't something they make easy to find. I can't remember now how it's done but a bit of web searching should find it. 2 Quote Link to comment
+Vinceo
Hi, I've checked the spam folder, the mails are not there, and I used to receive them before. The heart symbol in the cache name is a good idea, I think I will change it to see if it solves the issue. Maybe a change in the website code stopped considering this cache for email notifications ? +Vinceo
Hi all, I have started receiving emails again recently without any explanation. I didn't get "old" emails like if they were stuck somewhere. I switched the name of the cache back to the version with the heart symbol and I still receive the emails. I'm still curious about what happened during that month of silence. Quote Link to comment
