Alerts not received any more

For a few days now I am not receiving emails for the alerts that’s we have created. Is it a bug since your last maintenance?

What type of alerts are you missing?  Watchlist notifications?  Instant Notifications for publications of new caches?  Bookmark list notifications?  My account continues to receive all three (though with quite a bit of a delay over the weekend when the site was experiencing performance issues).

 

The most common root cause:  check your email's spam folder.  Some email providers have a bad habit of reclassifying Geocaching.com notification emails as spam, with no warning to you.  Gmail tends to be reliable for not causing that issue.  You can mark the notification messages as "important."

I'm also having this issue. I have the emails marked as VIP and it still gets sent to the Spam folder for some reason since April 2019.
