Milestone cache recommendations - Tacoma/Seattle area

Hi All, my family is looking for recommendations for an awesome cache to commemorate our 100th find. My kids are 9 and 11 and they'd like to drop a couple TBs in our #100. I know that many of the caches in the mountains won't be (easily) accesible for a while still, but we're open to some pretty good challenges terrain-wise. My kids compete in orienteering, it's like cross country running but using a map and compass to find checkpoints throughout the race. So they're in great shape and not daunted by mud, creek crossings, steep grades, etc. We're open to urban and remote locations, and are just hoping to find something unique to do - cool destination like a waterfall, amazing view of nature or architecture, neat historical aspect, etc. I know special/unique means very different things to different people, so we'll appreciate any and all suggestions. THANKS in advance!
