+hischwab Posted November 27, 2018 Share Posted November 27, 2018 Hi there, I recently created my first trackable and posted some pictures of it on the trackable's webpage. Unfortunately, one was showing the tracking number of the tag. I soon realized that this is a mistake and deleted this photo. The trackable's gallery now is fine showing only one foto without displaying the tracking number. The problem is, that the corresponding page in the geocaching app is still displaying the foto with the tracking number. I waited for 24-48h, assuming a kind of delay in synchronization between both, but the foto is still there. What can I do to solve this issue? May I kindly ask for assistance? +IceColdUK Posted November 27, 2018 Share Posted November 27, 2018 My guess is that the photo has been cached on your device and won’t be visible to others. I assume it’s your ‘syLM’ trackable? If I check this on the web page or the official app, I only see one photo (and this doesn’t show the code), Quote Link to comment
