+2KatzHunt Posted November 4, 2017 Share Posted November 4, 2017 We attended a Mega event (Metro Mega in NJ) last weekend and when I logged an attended, I put the wrong date in (I used the date Before the event) so I updated the log and corrected the date. I got the message that I earned the souvenir, but it still does not show up in my profile. Does anyone know how I can contact Groundspeak to have it corrected, or is that not possible? +noncentric Posted November 4, 2017 Share Posted November 4, 2017 One thing you could try is deleting your Attended log and entering a new one, with the correct date. I think the souvenir 'system' sometimes misses assigning souvenirs to a profile, even though it associates the souvenir with the log. You could try that, then wait a few hours to see if the souvenir shows up on your profile. Otherwise, you could contact Groundspeak. Keep in mind that it's currently the weekend, so you might not hear anything back from them for a couple days. You can go here and select option #6 (souvenirs) to let them know that you didn't get your souvenir. 1 Quote Link to comment
