Premium Membership and Ipad App

This morning I purchased 1 year of premium membership. Now I see that there is an Ipad App too. A yearly membership for that is $46.99. Since I have Premium Membership on the Groundspeak site, do I have to pay more for the app?

For others that might find this thread in a similar search, the official Geocaching app is free and can be downloaded for free on as many devices as you like. What you pay for, assuming you want to pay anything, is a premium membership tied to your Geocaching.Com user account. Once you become a premium member on an account, when you log into any application on any device or the website with your user account, you will be a premium member.

Membership is tied to your user account and not a device or app running on the device.
