[Bug/FeatureRequest] Display Disabled Caches Listings

In the App ist is not possible to display the Listing for a disabled Cache, even if its disable only temporary. This is very sad, because it would be interesting to see why the Listing is disabled. Sometimes, the Cache is even still loggable.
