Constant error trying to log a travel bug

Every time I try and log this travel bug I picked up I can't it keeps giving me this error

 

"Sorry, your account has been listed as inactive. You will need to re-login to post a new log."

 

Even though I'm still currently logged in, I've even tried logging out and logging back in... Not sure what to do about it because I can't even drop this one off without it havn't a black hole of being missing :/

How are you logging your finds? (via a phone app or through the website) Your last recorded find was back in October.

 

Your account is inactive. Logging in and out won't change that.

Curious, what did you do with the two TBs from April, 2010?

One TO finally marked theirs "missing" four years later...

 

Is the one you're having the problem with the one you've held since October of this year, or yet another with issues?
