Strange behaviour of the small maps on the cache pages (language of waypoint labels)

Recently I have come across a strange behaviour when hovering with the mouse over the additional waypoints of caches on the small map on the cache pages.

I use the site in English. The labels of the waypoints sometimes are in Dutch, sometimes in English, sometimes in German and a few minutes ago they were shown in French. All caches I viewed are caches in Austria.

What's going on?

I noticed that, too. One cache I visited has a number of virtual waypoints. When I hover over them, the name pops up with "(Etap wirtualny)" at the end.
