+thilo.lu
I'm working on a new cartridge (I'm using URWIGO) for which I need this to work: a generic "examine" command which I can use on different items: for example if I have stamps and I click on "examine" a message concerning the stamps would appear, and another message for a knife, ...and so on. So this is what I did: I created the command and checked specific objects, the command is visible on these items which is great - unfortunately I didn't manage to differentiate the different messages. Where(on which item) do I "declare" this command, does it matter? how do I check which items should get which message? Any help is appreciated. Quote Link to comment
+charlenni
In Wherigo the command code function gets two parameters: the owner of the command and the target object (if there is any). In Urwigo you get the target by "Command target". With this, you could check, which target you have and than show the correct answer (see attached image). 1 Quote Link to comment
