+Czarniecki314
Hi, all. Planning to do a day trip of caches. Starting in Oyster Bay, but my co-cacher and I have done tons of Long Island and don't want either of us to have to do repeats. Can anyone suggest a good spot in Westchester that is fairly saturated? We want to be able to hit quite a few in the day, and don't want to drive more than 90 minutes. For those who don't know it, Oyster Bay is on Long Island in Eastern Nassau County, not too far from Queens. We can get to the base of the taconic pkwy. in about an hour. Sooo... any thoughts would be much appreciated! -- Thanks! -- NancyCz Quote Link to comment
+Ttepee
Hi Czarniecki314, Give the Tarrytown area a try. There are some good ones there and you can combine quite a few into a days trip. A buch of us did a group caching day there last winter and had a blast. Have fun whatever you decide. Quote Link to comment
+Czarniecki314
Ttepee -- Thanks! Wow, there are TONS there! I ran it past my caching buddies and it looks like we're off there later this week... our final week before back to school -- yuck... sometimes I think we're worse than the kids. Thanks!
