cannockfrodo Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 Recently hid four caches when I came to register them I couldn't , my wife however could until,she tried to register them via MY account. I am very frustrated and angry at the moment. I have contacted Groundspeak direct but have not even had an automated response. Is there anyone who has the faintest idea as to what the problem is and how it can be resolved , otherwise I'm off no hobby is worth the aggro this weekend has caused me. Quote Link to comment
Keystone Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 In troubleshooting your problem, it would be helpful to know what you're using to register a new cache placement (Firefox on Windows 7, Safari on iPhone 6, etc.) and where, exactly, the cache submission page does not behave as expected. cannockfrodo Posted June 21, 2015 Author Share Posted June 21, 2015 I tried on an iPad same as my wife's who managed successfully to hide two of my caches. I also tried on my recently updated Windows phone, this also failed. I get as far as step 5, save and preview. After that nothing happens Is that any help ? Quote Link to comment

My guess is that it has something to do with your mobile device and the native browser you're using. The submission forms were built around the idea that people would be submitting Listings via a desktop/laptop environment. Quote Link to comment

She also failed via my Windows phone. This is not an OS issue IMHO Hopefully Groundspeak can offer some advice in the week. Quote Link to comment
